Technical Specification
Chassis - Sub Frame
Rugged heavy-duty all hot drawn steel construction, electrically welded, braced, fitted with ample stabilising points and treated with a rust preventative coating. The chassis has a detachable-interchangable tow bar making the siting of homes easier. Axle stands are also provided for correct siting and load bearing of homes.
Floor
18mm high density flooring grade moisture-resistant chipboard, laid on 146mm x 50mm joists set at 400mm centres with platinum floorshield insulation and moisture-proof barrier, constructed to eliminate squeaks and bounce.
Walls
External: 72mm x 36mm (nom.) studwork,half lap jointed with studs at 400mm centres. Insulated with 50mm foil backed low E fibreglass batts. Clad externally with 9mm WBP plywood coated with two applications of primer and the exterior is finished with a resin-based textured material (Stucco), Internally - the outer walls are clad with 12.5mm foil backed plasterboard. Interior walls - 30mm x 36mm timber framework clad in 9.5mm plasterboard.
Roofs & Ceilings
The internal height is 7’6”. The roof is of triangular truss construction, spaced at 600mm centres. Tiled with a lightweight metal tile over treated battens and breathable membrane. The roof void is insulated with 250mm firebreglass matt insulation cross laid in roof space and vented via soffits. All rainwater downpipes and gutters are in PVCu along with bargeboards, fascias and soffits. The ceiling is 12.5mm plasterboard decorated with paper in a standard pattern.
Doors & Windows
All doors and windows are UPVC and double-glazed as standard using energy efficient 'K' glass throughout. All with locking handles and night vents. Internaly glazed windows for that additional security come as standard.
Electrics
Electrics comply to IEE current 17th edition regulations using two ring mains and separate lighting circuit controlled via earth and short circuit breakers.

The finest range of furnishings, décor, colours, material and finishes is available, the choice entirely up to the buyer with samples and advice on hand in our Showroom to assist you.
Fitted Furniture
Kitchen cabinets are all constructed at the factory (not flat pack) from 18mm high density melamine-faced board (easy clean) with choice of doors, roll top work surfaces and inset sink bowls. Kitchen lockers are fitted up to the ceiling with no dust traps.
Bedroom wardrobes are of traditional opening-door types, fitted up to the ceiling with no dust traps. Dressing tables, lockers and bedside cabinets again have easy clean surfaces.
